The 5 is for VALUE. The rooms are clean, beds are good, heater didn't have to come on so not sure if it is loud. No breakfast, but thats just a quick stop at McDonald's. I would stay here again.

One of best Motel Hotels we have stayed in. Very clean and I again say extremely clean rooms. The bed was comfortable, pillows great and very comfortable surroundings. We just happened to stop there and called our friends to also stay. After checking in we sat in a large cafeteria style area off the front counter and visited. We will definitely come back and stay. Highly recommended with very friendly staff.

Nice motel for a reasonable price. Very friendly and welcoming staff, room was clean. It was very quiet. Better than any Motel 6 I've stayed at. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

For how affordable my room was, I didn’t have super high expectations but the room was very nice and clean. No weird odors or anything. I was very happy with my stay.

Booked this for a one night stay and it’s the nicest motel I’ve ever seen. Everything was SUPER CLEAN and the beds were so soft. I was expecting the hot tub to be a little dirty or grimy and it was amazing. Great customer service, will totally return.

The staff was nice and the room was very clean and welcoming. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It's in excellent area for food shopping. I will be back again

If you are looking for a high end motel, this one is not for you. This motel has an old appealing look and feel about it. The rooms were very clean. Service was excellent and the pool area was just how I would have expected it. A Must place to stay when travelling down Interstate 15.

I'm very happy with this motel. I stayed here because the price was right and the ratings were very good. I was not sorry, the staff was friendly, the lobby was nice, and my room was surprisingly good for a budget property. Mostly, it was very clean and everything worked. Even the towels were nice, and there were plenty. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
